Terrible service department. Brought vehicle in several weeks ago with several warranty concerns one of being my steering wheel made noise when turning it or using wheel heater Brought vehicle in several weeks ago with several warranty concerns one of being my steering wheel made noise when turning it or using wheel heater and another being steering column moves. They replaced the column and it fixed the movement however the noise actually got worse. No big deal brought car back in for the noise and they replaced the column again saying it was the wrong size and it will be all good. Ok great they do what they have to do and two weeks later my car is ready for pick up. I get there and have to wait for my writer and she finaly comes and has a porter pull my dirty truck in to the service lane. I jump into my car reassured we are all good, excited to be in my truck again I start to pull out until.... I make it about fourty feet and the steering wheel still squeaks. Ok no big deal again I stop, still in the service lane, and call the writer over by name and she hears the exact same problem I showed her when I dropped it off. Now here is the kicker and why nobody should bring there vehicle here. She has the service manager come over to me and asks what is the noise. I show him and he clearly hears the noise and he tells me..... "We have spent to much time on your truck take it somewhere else" and attempts to shake my hand and walks away. POOR MANAGEMENT AT ITS CORE. Ironically in the backdrop of this incident, still being in the service lane, there are two technicians playing paddle ball in what I am guessing is the lube rack. I supose properly diagnosing vehicles and repairing them impeded there paddle ball tournament and no more time could be delegated to properly diagnoing vehicles. Bottom line is don't go here for service I won't go here for anything but that is me. This place is a joke, pherhaps the poor management extends beyond the obtuse service manager and extends to the GM and pherhaps even the owner. One way or another this dealership will never see a dime from me and I have four Nissans in my household and two in my company fleet. More
I purchased a new Pathfinder at Matt Bowers in Daphne yesterday and received quick and excellent service! It started with a visit to the service Dept. for an oil change for my old Pathfinder which I also yesterday and received quick and excellent service! It started with a visit to the service Dept. for an oil change for my old Pathfinder which I also bought at this location. As usual, I dealt with Bo who has serviced my cars for upwards of 10 years. We have developed a friendship over the years and makes me feel at home. I mentioned I was thinking about trading and he introduced me to Colton Ruybal who provided me with fast and quality service in my new car-buying experience! Very knowledgeable in all areas of my transaction! This is my 4th Pathfinder to buy at this location. Don't go see Colton while you service your car or you will end up with a new vehicle! Ha, Thanks to the Matt Bower team from Lynn the general manager on down! More
I have bought four cars from Matt Bower in the last year! Always great service! My last car was a 2014 Chevrolet Sonic. Service- Poor Service If I could give a 0 I would. Service advisor went on vacation and dropped ball. 3 separate repairs done in 3 days and still same issues. Spent $1000, 2 wasted trips to pick up vehicle, 2 missed days of work And they thought a $10 discount for being inconvenienced was good. Now on trip 3 to dealership. We have always recommended car manufacturer for service - rethinking that now. More

I ask does the dealership have a Nissan Rouge that has heated leather seats and the salesman pulls one around from the lot. Well before he brings the car around, he takes down the sale price of the car hanging from the rear view mirror. Saying “Ocean adventure I come with a cruise vacation” and the car price stated is $28,638. So I never knew the true sale price So we start negotiating from the full sticker price of $35,355 !!!! I did not even see the sale price till I arrive home and the flyer that was hanging from the mirror in the glove box.. So I over paid $6,717 because of their deceptive practice of not disclosing the true reduced price. Then they under priced my trade in by $1200.00, after seeing a fair market value of my SUV. How about the salesman saying you’ll get the best Nissan interest rate financing and the finance manager agreeing. I only saw the rate of 5.97% by accident when signing the paperwork And 5.97% is the best rate offered from Nissan? Now I have a credit score of 809 !!!! and that is the best you can do. (New SUV has since been refinanced with another lender) Once I was sitting with the finance manager, he did not discuss the monthly payment before he started the sales pitch of selling me on a extended warranty. And the final insult, I didn’t see the final purchase agreement (bill of sale) because the finance manager forgot to have me sign the form and it had to be over nighted to be signed and returned. I did not even see the completed purchase agreement total price at the dealership!!!!!!!! Salesman did not go over the accessories on the SUV after purchase, I knew more than the salesman about some of the new options but not all that was installed on the vehicle Talk about poor handling of a New car purchase, whole process took way too long over 4 hours of painful. How about this for keeping the customers happy, my wife got a warm soda out of the vending machine (which had been recently restocked and we didn’t know) and we asked for some Ice and they said there was no ice available for the customers!!!!!!!! And not one, nothing no follow call from the dealership on my buying experience, how I like my new SUV!!!!!!!!!! NEVER and I mean Never buy a car at this dealership!!!!!!! More
