Service Dept. There were delays in getting the parts needed to complete the work. I was originally told my vehicle would be ready the day after I brought it in and There were delays in getting the parts needed to complete the work. I was originally told my vehicle would be ready the day after I brought it in and I didn't get it until for 4 more days after. Poor communication. The only reason I was aware of what was going on with my vehicle is because I kept calling the service dept. They kept me in the dark which I feel is unprofessional. More
