Sad but True! They did me Wrong Copy My experience wasn’t good at all. 1st off, I had about $150 in my Preferred Customer Acct that I was told isn’t there anymore. 2nd they where su Copy My experience wasn’t good at all. 1st off, I had about $150 in my Preferred Customer Acct that I was told isn’t there anymore. 2nd they where supposed to rotate my tires that I paid for with my service and that didn’t happen. Plus they tried to charge me a $125.00 diagnostic fee for something that I already told them what the problem was, I was only asking for a price to do the job. And the worst thing is when I picked my truck up I STILL have motor oil all inside my truck pretty much everywhere. I’m so mad because Robert Levis NEVER treated me this way. I am a CASH PAYING CUSTOMER and they used to take good care of me & my truck. Now I will have to pay for a detail cleaning that will cost me more money. So I’m not very happy with the new company as of now. And yes the motor oil is still in my truck! More

Mediocre technicians and untruthful staff Ok so I purchased a 2014 GMC Sierra September 2017 with 69k miles on it and about two weeks later I was experiencing vibration at approximately 45+mph Ok so I purchased a 2014 GMC Sierra September 2017 with 69k miles on it and about two weeks later I was experiencing vibration at approximately 45+mph and I noticed my truck’s shock absorbers weren’t functioning properly .I dropped my truck off at dealership and 10 hrs later I was told that the shocks were visually inspected and they found no defect and that they did everything they could (road force balancing ) and the reason for my vibration was the “powder coating” (plasti dip ) that I had applied to my wheels , me having prior experience in the automotive industry knew it was a bunch of bull. I informed them that my “powder coating” was only plasti dip and that would not cause a vibration and he immediately withdrew the lie he told me and instructed me make an appointment so the “vibration technician” could have a look at it . About a week later I took my truck back so the “vibration technician” could take a look and 10hrs later they informed me that the vibration was coming from my faulty rear tire and my tire was not take the road force balance . They told me that they would have to order another tire but it wouldn’t match My other tires because the tires I have were not available to them and the parts manager would not approve the purchase ,I guess because they’re not cheap. When the tire came in they called me and gave me a loaner truck (2017silverado) just Incase the tire wasn’t the problem which it wasn’t . While driving the Silverado I noticed that the Silverado road extremely well compared to my truck and I sent them an email asking them to check my shocks again because my truck rides pretty rough .. They replied we visually inspected you shocks and we found no defects “the reason the Silverado rides so smoothe is because they changed some thing since 2014 “..A few day later I receive a call from the dealership telling my truck is ready for pickup and that they didn’t need the tire and they got the vibration down some ., So I make it back to the dealership and the guy comes out feeding me some more bull about the reason for my vibration is because of my all-terrain tires ... I’ve decided that I’m going to go to another shop for a second opinion and then ill be back . I dis some research and found out that GM had numerous reports of vibration from these truck and they didnt come up with a solution . More

Bring your vehicle in for service. Two days later something This was a new vehicle a 2014 Chevrolet Silverado witch I got in February 2015. Since then I had the front axle replace or repaired with under 24,000 miles. The paint job chips from bugs hitting it. You make an appointment for what, customers that comes in after you leaves with their service complete. I have never had to worry about service not being done right . Since the last service I have been back three times for something else. It makes me think that this is a new way of taking your money. I purchased tire insurance for my vehicle. The vehicle had a little shake. After four hours I was told that the tire was out of round. I was told that I couldn't use the spare tire because it wasn't OEM. Didn't make since to me. I asked about the tire insurance, I was told that it didn't cover a out of round tire. I went to a Goodyear tire shop, and was told that it was probably a defective tire. Didn't have the tire to get it check. Replaced the GPS antenna now the handfree doesn't work. That is what I am talking about, they suppose to service and check your vehicle after repair. The quality of work being performed is unsatisfactory . I guess this is a way to get more money from you. More

Service department called to let Brought my GMC Yukon in to be serviced because a "service traction control" light had been coming on intermittently. Service department called to let me know I needed to replace a hub bearing and it would cost me $800. Seemed very costly and strange since my vehicle only 50,000 miles on it. Called a local mechanic whom I've used in the past who said he could replace the bearing for $300. When I brought my vehicle to my local mechanic he informed me that my hub bearings were fine and that my "service traction control" light had been coming on because of a bad fuse, and he charged me nothing. Service Dept. Really? L O F : Lubricate and inspected suspension-replace oil-replace with new filter. Not one single time, xx your records, has my suspension bee Really? L O F : Lubricate and inspected suspension-replace oil-replace with new filter. Not one single time, xx your records, has my suspension been inspected, and most critically, "never lubed". Upper and lower ball joints, outer tie rod joints. I xx and do the lube myself when I get home. This is the most basic of services offered, and under performed. I questioned the individual performing the O F. I was told they never xx or lube suspension. O. F. only and tire pressure xx. Since you are not performing the advertised services, I suggest changing your offering for complete service to only Oil and Filter change. NO LUBE is available here. What a pity. Not even the most basic of service can be successfully trusted to your care. Blah, Blah, Blah. No explanation necessary or acceptable. More
