why would my lug nuts come off during my trip to ohio I have to say my experiences at Matt Bowers Chevrolet was a good one.. My Colorado was overdue an oil change and tire rotation. I took it to this deal I have to say my experiences at Matt Bowers Chevrolet was a good one.. My Colorado was overdue an oil change and tire rotation. I took it to this dealership and all went well.. I left and took a trip pulling a small trailer loaded with my mechanical tools fore I was an auto tech in my past life.. Anyway to make a long story short I arrived at my daughters place and all seemed fine. Then my daughter asked to use my truck to take my grandchildren to the store. She pulled out and all of a sudden my vehicle started making a horrible noise.. After a few minutes of diagnosis time we discovered that lug nuts on my right front wheel had come off and were banging around inside the wheel cover,we put them back on and torqued all the lugs and checked the other wheels for safety. My point is technicians of Matt Bowers Chevrolet should take more pride in what they do.. if my grandchildren would of been hurt in any way my conscious would be bothering me forever how about your conscious technician. just saying because my grandchild Bailey had just graduated kindergarten.. In the future think of this as your warning so you don't kill someone you never met.. More

Great sales department, but service department less than hon Brought my 2017 Silverado in for radio repair. Inadvertently left my Yeti cup and detachable holder in vehicle. The service work was completed in a timely manner and the service staff was courteous, friendly and vey accommodating. My issue revolves around a direct mail offer I received which contained a coupon for complete brake service in the amount of $99.95 per axle. The service manager refused to honor the coupon price because, according to him, the amount was below the profit margin [sic] for the service specified. The cost of the service was clearly stated in the coupon. There was no ambiguity and no vague area subject to multiple interpretations. There was an offer for a discounted price as a concession but the coupon price would not be accepted. This gives the appearance of a "bait & switch" tactic but I have no evidence to support this allegation. More
