Buying the truck was good. But getting honest repair work is a different story. I just bought windshield wipers. But the mechanic marked them as needing immediate replacement. Local tire shop found problem with my sterring arm in maybe 10 minutes. It took your mechanic over 2 hours. And still couldn't find problem. But he sure didn't forget to try and pad his commission by trying to replace wipers. I think after warranty runs out I should take it to a better mechanic shop. An honest one! More
Took all day to repair new Corvette tire that has leaked since the day I bought it new( verified by On Star diagnostic alert). They claimed a bolt was in the tire and was not covered under road hazard warra since the day I bought it new( verified by On Star diagnostic alert). They claimed a bolt was in the tire and was not covered under road hazard warranty. 2 days later same tire was still leaking and they said tire patches are not warrantied! What a low level of professionalism for a $90,000. car. I will never go back to this dealership. More
Was quoted 170. 00 to diagnose my car. Get there and they add a shop fee to a diagnosis. Already expensive enough. CHEVERLET Traverse transmissions are junk. Would no 00 to diagnose my car. EVERYTHING AT MATT BOWERS SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS ALWAYS ON POINT, PROFESSIONAL AND TOP NOTCH. I HAD MY CAR DIAGNOSED FROM A PREVIOUS VISIT THAT THIS SERVICE WAS DUE, BROUGHT IT IN ON A DRIVE UP VISIT AT A LAT POINT, PROFESSIONAL AND TOP NOTCH. I HAD MY CAR DIAGNOSED FROM A PREVIOUS VISIT THAT THIS SERVICE WAS DUE, BROUGHT IT IN ON A DRIVE UP VISIT AT A LATER DATE, AND WAS TAKEN CARE OF IN THE MOST TIMELY MATTER WITH A GREAT PRICE FOR THE SERVICE. Horrendous customer service. I purchased wrap and GAP. Before I moved states away I tried to have my tires serviced, but when i called, they said they "didnt do that". A few months ago I tried contacting the salesman who had recently sent me an email saying he had taken over my account and to let him know if he needed anything. I wanted information on my wrap policy because I couldn't find the paperwork Again, several calls and emails later I never got a response. The next day I called the dealership a bunch of times between 5 and 8 and all of their lines were down. It was impossible to get through. My car was recently totaled as well. Dealing with their GAP company was easy and the customer service was great, but when it came time to contact the dealership and cancel my warranty? Surprise, no response to two voicemails and an email. Thankfully the policy holder was able to go over their head. Cancelling the warranty was the last thing I needed to do for my settlement to go through and God knows how long I would be waiting on them especially being several states away now. Good thing I wasn't interested in buying another car from them at this point anyway. Someone else will be getting the money from my next car purchase. If you do buy from here, DO NOT GET THE WARRANTY. It is like pulling teeth if you need anything done. They're just interested in the money you can put in their pocket. More

Easy to get in and out of service department They are very accommodating and quick! I am always able to call and ask for a drop off and they accommodate my busy schedule everytime.
