EVERYTHING AT MATT BOWERS SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS ALWAYS ON POINT, PROFESSIONAL AND TOP NOTCH. I HAD MY CAR DIAGNOSED FROM A PREVIOUS VISIT THAT THIS SERVICE WAS DUE, BROUGHT IT IN ON A DRIVE UP VISIT AT A LAT POINT, PROFESSIONAL AND TOP NOTCH. I HAD MY CAR DIAGNOSED FROM A PREVIOUS VISIT THAT THIS SERVICE WAS DUE, BROUGHT IT IN ON A DRIVE UP VISIT AT A LATER DATE, AND WAS TAKEN CARE OF IN THE MOST TIMELY MATTER WITH A GREAT PRICE FOR THE SERVICE. Horrendous customer service. I purchased wrap and GAP. Before I moved states away I tried to have my tires serviced, but when i called, they said they "didnt do that". A few months ago I tried contacting the salesman who had recently sent me an email saying he had taken over my account and to let him know if he needed anything. I wanted information on my wrap policy because I couldn't find the paperwork Again, several calls and emails later I never got a response. The next day I called the dealership a bunch of times between 5 and 8 and all of their lines were down. It was impossible to get through. My car was recently totaled as well. Dealing with their GAP company was easy and the customer service was great, but when it came time to contact the dealership and cancel my warranty? Surprise, no response to two voicemails and an email. Thankfully the policy holder was able to go over their head. Cancelling the warranty was the last thing I needed to do for my settlement to go through and God knows how long I would be waiting on them especially being several states away now. Good thing I wasn't interested in buying another car from them at this point anyway. Someone else will be getting the money from my next car purchase. If you do buy from here, DO NOT GET THE WARRANTY. It is like pulling teeth if you need anything done. They're just interested in the money you can put in their pocket. More

why would my lug nuts come off during my trip to ohio I have to say my experiences at Matt Bowers Chevrolet was a good one.. My Colorado was overdue an oil change and tire rotation. I took it to this deal I have to say my experiences at Matt Bowers Chevrolet was a good one.. My Colorado was overdue an oil change and tire rotation. I took it to this dealership and all went well.. I left and took a trip pulling a small trailer loaded with my mechanical tools fore I was an auto tech in my past life.. Anyway to make a long story short I arrived at my daughters place and all seemed fine. Then my daughter asked to use my truck to take my grandchildren to the store. She pulled out and all of a sudden my vehicle started making a horrible noise.. After a few minutes of diagnosis time we discovered that lug nuts on my right front wheel had come off and were banging around inside the wheel cover,we put them back on and torqued all the lugs and checked the other wheels for safety. My point is technicians of Matt Bowers Chevrolet should take more pride in what they do.. if my grandchildren would of been hurt in any way my conscious would be bothering me forever how about your conscious technician. just saying because my grandchild Bailey had just graduated kindergarten.. In the future think of this as your warning so you don't kill someone you never met.. More
