I found that this dealership was really a family that was made up of people who respect each other and care about their business. Would definitely dance over there again! Poor experience all around sales and service. I ordered a truck from Matt Bowers chevy and had 2 trades. I was given a trade in value on both cars. when my new truck came in they gave me 5,500.00 I ordered a truck from Matt Bowers chevy and had 2 trades. I was given a trade in value on both cars. when my new truck came in they gave me 5,500.00 less on one trade and 2,000.00 less on the other. Unfortunately there was only one allocation for my particular vehicle in the area and they had it. They knew they had me over a barrel so they took advantage of it. This is very poor business. My truck has had a vibration since they day I picked it up. I took it into service and not only did they not fix it they dented my new truck on both front doors opening them up on a rack. They refused to pay for the damages that they caused. I advise everyone not to use this dealer. More

They kept me there for a long time while throwing a bunch of numbers and buzz words at me while never explaining and being clear were the numbers come from. When you talk to there finance guy it gets even worse. Be aware he will run your credit check several places and sell you very hard on there extended warranty plan. He will tell you all the great things about it and none of the things you should be aware of. These guys do not explain anything beyond what you have to know and absolutely will take advantage of your ignorance. More

Great sales department, but service department less than hon Brought my 2017 Silverado in for radio repair. Inadvertently left my Yeti cup and detachable holder in vehicle.
