key programming/oil change I went in there to get a spare keys for my Nissan frontier. The service reception said it will take to program it and make a new keys no longer then I went in there to get a spare keys for my Nissan frontier. The service reception said it will take to program it and make a new keys no longer then one hour. Also ask them to do oil change. After I was waiting for 3 and a half hours they approached me by telling that they have a problem and a car is in a lock mode and they can not start it . I explained them that I'm using my truck for construction work and I need it for next day. .Nothing changed , After I waited another hour (total 4.5 hours) they told me come back tomorrow, promised a discounted price. I came back a next day.. they gave me invoice with no discounts and asked me to pay in full. And I did .. Because I was already really tired fighting with them . My Advice: DO Not go there, They don know what they are doing. Also after the great service experience that I had,now car has grease on front seat and mats. Great Job Nissan, well done :) More

Service department is horrible. Service department was once upon a time the best. The new change is horrible. My car was put on a diagnostic machine for an error code and then the me Service department was once upon a time the best. The new change is horrible. My car was put on a diagnostic machine for an error code and then the mechanics couldn't read the code after the company changed hands so they randomly repaired and replaced parts at my expense until a noise I complained about disappeared. Why charge for a tire rotation when you are also checking brakes? The tires come off to check the brakes so does it cost more to put the tires on a different rim? I was told I had an additional $2000 worth of future work to be done. I was shown this list after spending $3100 and could have saved on labor had I been informed while they were working on the car. I got a second opinion and 75% of the work was not necessary. I feel I have been overpaying for service especially labor for years but it was like a bad marriage. I love my car but will never buy another Nissan due to my service experiences during this past year. I received a dirty loaner vehicle and my personal vehicle had black smudge prints all over the dashboard when I picked it up where an airbag had been repaired/replaced. More

My car was promised never returned in a timely manner. And my car being a 350Z, the service adviser did not even know that there was no glove box in this type of car. That should have told me not to keep going there. I have not returned there, nor will I ever go there again for anything. Recently I was contemplating purchasing another Z car, but not any more. Nissan of Atlantic City has lost my business forever. More
My wife had a starting issue with our 2009 Nissan Altima. We could not figure out why it would only start at certain times, our local mechanic did not fix the problem, so we brought it into Admiral Nissan, I We could not figure out why it would only start at certain times, our local mechanic did not fix the problem, so we brought it into Admiral Nissan, I brought the car in with a appointment to see Kim, she greeted me right away even though I was a little early. Very pleasant and concerned, they brought our car right in a figured what was wrong with in 20 minutes. Kim showed me what needed to be replaced and asked me if it was ok to do so. I agreed and the part was in stock. They showed me where I could wait and have a nice cup of coffee. Not soon after my coffee, Kim came over with keys in hand, saying " you are all set". Explained everything perfectly to me. As we were walking together to show me where the car was parked, Kim introduced me two two managers standing in the service department. JR and Tommy T, they both asked me how was my visit here with us today. I told them both that kim and Admiral Nissan had made my day.Kim explained my issue and showed me the bill and again I was very pleased, the final bill was under the estimate and my experience was fantastic. I will always come back for that kind of great service and recommend anyone to Admiral Nissan. Thanks again. Barb :) More
The absolute worst service department I've been to. I was given an appointment time of 8:30 for a Saturday morning. When I was given this appointment I asked how long would the service take (just an o I was given an appointment time of 8:30 for a Saturday morning. When I was given this appointment I asked how long would the service take (just an oil change). I was told no more than one hour. I arrived five minutes early and stood at the service desk in the garage entrance about 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. Eventually, I handed over my keys and went to the lounge area. I was told they "would come and get me when the car is ready". By 9:45 no one had come to get me or even update me so I went back out to the service desk. I asked how much longer for my car to be ready and I was told to wait. 10 minutes later I was told my car hasn't even been brought in. I took my keys and left. Nissan service is the worst ever. Love my Nissan? NOPE!!!!! More
