Happy I always love coming to this service center. The staff are always welcoming and make you feel comfortable. They are thorough with explanations and pre I always love coming to this service center. The staff are always welcoming and make you feel comfortable. Went for an oil change 685.00 later I just got two tired aligned in February and they told me in June all of a sudden I have dry rot and a nail in the tire. Two tires all wheel alignmen I just got two tired aligned in February and they told me in June all of a sudden I have dry rot and a nail in the tire. Two tires all wheel alignment oil change and of course they told me I had to once again get both the interior air filter and the engine air filter windshield wipers and idk what else.... I feel taken advantage of and am wondering why I have a bumper to bumper warranty and why it cost 685.00 are they laughing at me? I hated my experience More
So many “recommendations“ I have a lease (just over two years old and about 20k miles). I go in for my regular oil change and end up needing over $200 in “recommended” maintena I have a lease (just over two years old and about 20k miles). I go in for my regular oil change and end up needing over $200 in “recommended” maintenance. Would have been over $400 but I declined a few things. All this for a car I’ll most likely be turning in next year. You never know what you actually need and what the dealership just wants to get out of you. More
