There was a recall on the engine. Before it could be repaired the engine blew. This was in Nov 22. They warranty replaced the engine because of the defective. Since then the check engine light has been on giving a code for the catalytic converter. When the engine blew oil and other fluids damaged the catalytic converter and they refuse to fix it telling me it's my problem. The worst part is my vehicle will never pass inspection because of the faulty emissions. After 3 voice-mails to the service department, 2 more to the service manager and left with no other choice but to contact Kia support services I have a piece of crap for a vehicle. This makes me sad because I really like the car. Well I get another Kia? Probably not. If I do it won't be from Matt Blatt Kia. They can find time to email and call me about trades and deals they are running but I had to wait 6 months to get an answer on the converter. More

I pull my Kia right up into the service center, and leave my keys in th It is an easy and pleasant experience to have my oil changed every six months. I pull my Kia right up into the service center, and leave my keys in the car. The service representative knows who I am, and quickly signs me in. A short distance away I make my way to the waiting area were they serve coffee and bagels. If he is not busy, I say hello to the salesman who sold me my Kia, and we chat like old friends for a while. A brief wait while I sit down and relax in front of the large screen TV, and then the service representative will personally let me know my Kia is ready. She escorts me to the pay window, and I use the Kia coupon I had received in the mail for a discount on the total bill. Thank you Matt Blatt and the Kia sales and service team. More
