Extremely pleasant car buying experience I visited Matt Blatt after a friend recommended a Kia since my GM lease was coming due and I was getting frustrated with my search because of cost and I visited Matt Blatt after a friend recommended a Kia since my GM lease was coming due and I was getting frustrated with my search because of cost and availability. The manager set me up with Tyler who was great right from the start. He guided me through the various Optima trims. I drove a sport 1st and decided it wasn't for me. He explained the difference and we drove an EX and I loved it! We talked some prices, lease vs finance etc and I was happy based on the competitive numbers I had. I wasn't pressured at all and said I would think about. Well I did some more research during the week, went to some North NJ KIA dealers and the price couldn't be touched. I texted Tyler and told him the color I wanted and he found it at a nearby KIA. Tyler then came to my vacation home with all of the paperwork and went over it and I signed. I picked up the car a few days later and Tyler even returned my GM for me! More
