Super Group of people Matt Mason our salesman and Ed the manager of Kia were super. I have had a bankruptcy a year ago but desperately needed a vehicle. They got me into Matt Mason our salesman and Ed the manager of Kia were super. I have had a bankruptcy a year ago but desperately needed a vehicle. They got me into a leased Kia Optima which I will be making twice monthly payments on. They explained how it would be easier for me to manage the payments this way. They explained everything I needed to know about the vehicle to a T. There was no pressure and they went out of their way and worked extremely hard to satisfy me and the dealership.. I would highly recommend Matt, Ed and the dealership to everyone I know whether they are looking for a vehicle or not. I am excited to be doing business with them. Optima in Optimum Time We went to Kia after visiting other dealerships in search for a vehicle for our son. We pulled up and were greeted by Mike Tiedemann. We showed Mik We went to Kia after visiting other dealerships in search for a vehicle for our son. We pulled up and were greeted by Mike Tiedemann. We showed Mike the vehicle we thought we would be interested in and explained it was for an 18 year old. He went over the various styles of the Optima, he had a few with the features we were interested in, and we picked the color. There was no hassle with taking a test drive, not a million papers and copies of our life to exchange. My husband and I jumped in the car, took it for a test ride, and said we like it. We spoke with Mike about our trade and we agreed on an amicable price. Mike met my husband on his day off so that we could show our son the car before he returned to college. My husband told Mike we want it with a gentlemen's handshake, he asked Mike to draw up the paperwork, have the finance people process the loan, and we would be back on Monday. Both of us met Mike on Monday, met with the Finance representative, all the paperwork was complete and ready for us to sign. We were in and out in one half hour. This was truly the best car buying experience both of us have ever had. I would recommend Kia of Toms River to everyone, and make sure you go see Mike Tiedemann, if you want to experience superior service in a hassle-free environment. I would recommend this dealership to everyone!!! More

Despite my general reluctance & skepticism about the integrity of car salesmen, I was pleasantly surprised by my interaction with Matt Mason and another gentleman at TR Kia. They went above and beyond to provide me all the information necessary to make an informed choice on a pre-owned vehicle and I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership -- and in particular my salesman Matt -- to anyone looking to buy a car. There was no "smoke & mirrors" or any "razzle dazzle" high-pressure sales, just straight from the cuff honest answers to my questions. Thank you KIA! More
