The salesman Phil may come off nice and friendly but he's actually a straight up liar and worse than your "typical used car salesman". I called on a Thursday to get a price for a used truck, since the price was not listed on the website. Phil told me that the truck had been there for over a month and they really need to get rid of it so I could probably get a great deal. I then went in the next day to see the truck in person. After a test drive, we went inside and Phil wrote a number on a paper for the price of the used truck I was looking at, and said, and I quote "This truck is about to go to wholesale, I can get you much lower than this price." I told him I would let him know later that day and likely be back tomorrow. I was possibly trading in a truck and wasn't able to bring it down until the next day. I called back that night to let Phil know I was going to come by Saturday morning to take the next steps to buy the truck. He says, and I quote "Be honest, do you think you're going to be buying this truck, because we have the transporter taking vehicles to wholesale tomorrow and we need to know whether to send the truck out". I told him if the numbers worked I'd be buying the truck and taking it home tomorrow. I show up the next day, and someone is there looking at the truck, in the middle of negotiations with another salesman about to make a deal for that very used vehicle I had Phil not send to wholesale because I was coming to buy it. I even left a message for Phil that morning letting him know again I was heading down. That deal with the other potential buyer fell through, and so they called me to come back in. When I sat down to make the deal, all talks from the previous day went out the window. That number Phil wrote on the paper? Not only did they not honor that, they went UP in price. Somehow for a sub $30k valued car, taxes and fees added up to $4000? Someone's calculator was clearly not working. When I made my offers, going up a significant amount after the initial, they didn't even counter. It was a straight up no. The second offer Phil didn't even bother getting out of the chair. How does one go from "We need to get rid of this and I can get you a much better price" to "We're thousands apart, this isn't happening". Oh I know how, because they were using me to get a better offer out of the other guy who's deal fell through. How do I know this? Because Phil said "the manager thinks the other guy will be coming back". So they turned down a guaranteed deal with me for someone who walked away from the deal earlier and "may" come back. Sounds smart right? Oh, and that guy never ended up coming back to the dealer. Stay away from this dealer as the salesmen poach each others leads, the managers are liars, and Phil will not honor a single word he says. Way to blow a guaranteed sale guys! More

Felt like family! I have four KIA cars in my driveway. I have two 2015 and two 2016. The salesman, Michael Tiedemann sold us all four at different times. From my first meeting with Mike he made me feel like I was one of the family. No pressure, great smile and very informative. He always made me feel comfortable being there. Michael is a great salesman but an even better person. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend seeing him if you're interested in buying a car. More

Totally screwed my credit on a lease I leased my first Kia from Toms River Kia 3 years age. Got a good deal, good customer service. So even though I shopped around when my lease was up, I leased my first Kia from Toms River Kia 3 years age. Got a good deal, good customer service. So even though I shopped around when my lease was up, I wound up back there expecting the same. Told me they would buy me out of the remaining months but did not (added into the price). Made the appointment for late, then pressured and played with me because it was time to close. Yes, I was foolish enough to fall for it. They don't communicate within the dealership-continually get calls about the old lease although I tuned it in months ago. In the end the biggest issue is that they and their company (Kia) must be separate entities. Kia is reporting that I am not paying on the lease I turned into them in January and the dealership (Jimmy the manager) is telling me it's not their problem. No return calls when I let them know about my dissatisfaction. Worst customer service experience I have ever had. More
Best and Fastest Car Buying Experience Ever! I lease a vehicle every 18 months (1 for the fam, 1 for me) sometimes spending 3 hours or more to finalize and leave with my new car. This was by far, the fastest, most hassle free, no games experience I have ever had buying a car. I worked with Mike over the phone and via text, got the exact car in the exact color and features for a great price. The best part is I got to the dealership @ 10:30am and left in my new Kia Sorrento at 10:52am. Thats right...22 minutes! Amazing! I totally recommend Mike Tiedermann and Toms River Kia More
