Rachel said this and quoted a price of some $350 for belt change including belt for water pump. This car has no timing belt although I was lead to believe it did. Very disappointing. Your people need further training for sure or are dishonest about repairs. More
Nice new Kia dealership in Toms River. My lease was almost over with another Kia dealer. I was driving by the Matt Blatt dealer on Rt. 37 and decided to stop in and look around. I talked to My lease was almost over with another Kia dealer. I was driving by the Matt Blatt dealer on Rt. 37 and decided to stop in and look around. I talked to a sales associate about my 2016 Kia Soul, lease was almost over, and he took care of closing the old lease and putting me in a brand new Kia Soul that day. I was very satisfied with the way I was treated and now I don't have to drive 20 miles to my the old dealership. Thanks Ken More

I routinely travel the 50 minutes to the dealership for my service needs. I am always accommodated given my hectic work schedule by the friendly staff - namely Rachel Ademec. The waiting area is clean and always stocked with refreshments. The complementary WiFI access is a major plus as it allows me to put the service wait tie (which is never long) to good productive use. Matt Blatt and all staff are to be commended and set the standard when it comes to service. More
