Tyler was also wonderful with our kids which proves he truly cares about the customer as a person/family not just as a sale. More

Great Customer Service!!!! I thought I scheduled an appointment for an oil change. I’m not sure what happened, but one way or another the appointment never got made. The ladies I thought I scheduled an appointment for an oil change. I’m not sure what happened, but one way or another the appointment never got made. The ladies at the the service desk just got me right in for one anyway. There was no attitude, no questions, no fuss. They just got me in for my service, and they were friendly, gracious, and helpful the whole time. I really appreciated their help! More

Helped with an urgent situation I ran over accident debris in the road, which ruined my tire. dishonest The technician (and I use that word loosely) said he checked my automatic transmission fluid. I have a manual transmission! He also indicated he checked and filled the windshield washer fluid, but it was half empty - the service manager can substantiate this as he saw it. The manager even said maybe the fluid foamed up when it was put in and the tech didn't wait for the foaming to go down. C'mon - we're not talking beer or warm soda here! Washer fluid doesn't "foam up". One lies and the other attests to it. I'm not an idiot. I was also charged $2.99 for the fluid. Checked the oil the next morning - it was dirty and only half full. Now I have to pay for another oil/filter change somewhere else. Will never go back to any Kia dealership, and will get rid of this car asap. More
