Called this morning asking for a part. Was told text messages get a quicker response. Here I am an HOUR later with no response. Wife tried to use their online service scheduler in the past. No response. Multiple phone calls went directly to voicemail and were never returned. When Sussman owned this dealership, online scheduling got an immediate text message confirmation. People become customers through their service experience. Not answering the phone, and failing to return calls, does not instill confidence. In the parts request incident, I used their recommendation for the quicker response. How can I expect good service, when they can't respond in a timely manner in the platform they suggested? More
New Customer with Mechanical Issue of Kia Soul My vehicle was towed. Upon my initial call to them, I was informed that they would not be able to get to it until Thursday. They were on time. I have been to my fair share of Kia dealerships since I purchased my vehicle, and This kia Dealership is by far the WORST one I have been to (and there has been some bad ones) The customer service was belo purchased my vehicle, and This kia Dealership is by far the WORST one I have been to (and there has been some bad ones) The customer service was below unacceptable. The parts and service department didnt seem they enjoyed their job nor did they really desire to assist with any questions or concerns I had. They seemed to just want to make money and customer satisfaction was at the least of their concerns. I came in to get a part fixed on my car, and I was told that I would receive a phone call when it has come in, I waited about a week for the call, it was said it will be there in 3 days, I call in to see if the part had come in and it was told it has been sitting there. I receive no phone call, and when I ask for the final price I am then left on hold for 15 minutes and I am pretty sure if I did not hang up I would still be on hold. I do NOT recommend this dealership to anyone under any circumstances, I believe that every experience you have with a company should be a pleasant one, and this was not even close. More
