After emailing various dealerships, we were impressed to get a response from the general manager Dan Smith. He offered us the best deal below invoice for a 2013 Kia Soul. I have been to my fair share of Kia dealerships since I purchased my vehicle, and This kia Dealership is by far the WORST one I have been to (and there has been some bad ones) The customer service was belo purchased my vehicle, and This kia Dealership is by far the WORST one I have been to (and there has been some bad ones) The customer service was below unacceptable. The parts and service department didnt seem they enjoyed their job nor did they really desire to assist with any questions or concerns I had. They seemed to just want to make money and customer satisfaction was at the least of their concerns. I came in to get a part fixed on my car, and I was told that I would receive a phone call when it has come in, I waited about a week for the call, it was said it will be there in 3 days, I call in to see if the part had come in and it was told it has been sitting there. I receive no phone call, and when I ask for the final price I am then left on hold for 15 minutes and I am pretty sure if I did not hang up I would still be on hold. I do NOT recommend this dealership to anyone under any circumstances, I believe that every experience you have with a company should be a pleasant one, and this was not even close. More
Brian Schu made my car buying odyssey painless and turned it into an enjoyable experience. He went the extra mile to make sure I was able to test drive the car I was interested in (a difficult to find Soul+ it into an enjoyable experience. He went the extra mile to make sure I was able to test drive the car I was interested in (a difficult to find Soul+ w/manual transmission.) He was truthful, patient and his price was right in the "strike zone." There were no price bumps, changes to our verbal agreements or deceptions in our dealings. I shopped three other dealerships and found Sussman to be the only one that didn't play the typical salesman games I encountered at the others. I want to start off by praising Sussman kia and the quality and professionalism that they showed me and my family when buying a new 2011 kia sportage . Out of the 5or 6 kia dealerships that I went to this one was by leaps and bounds the best. The salesman Chris was extremely professional and actually listened to what the customer wanted in the product instead of trying to pedal a car they needed to get off the lot. My family and I were so fed up with prior dealerships and salesman we began to look at Nissan SUVs even though we really like the kia’s. Sussman kia not only won our business for the purchase but they won out business for life . no b.s no 3thousand above msrp they the bottom line they got us what we wanted for what we wanted quickly and for the price we wanted to pay … I give them a 20 on a score from 1-10 Also wanted to say I went into Burlington kia with the intent to buy a car with my mother who also wanted a kia sportage . They told us they could do the price on my car that we wanted NUMEROUS TIMES! As soon as my mother’s deal was inked they came back 3 thousand dollars above the handshake deal we had as far as I’m concerned they stole 24g off my mother and would rather take the bus than buy from Burlington. Not to mention we where there for 5 hours !! More
