Lured by Lies! This was sent to me after getting a call from Yvette Mabery who works in the internet department for the Jenkintown Sussman Kia dealer and told me they would be able to accommodate me with the model I preferred if I came into the dealership. I asked to make sure they would have a car fitting my requirements and Yvette transferred me to the manager Jake. Jake seemed more focused on giving me directions, however, near the end of the call, I asked again that they would have an ex model on the lot because I would be bringing my dad (who had to drive over an hour) to help me finalize the deal. I told him I didn't want to drive all the way to the dealership if they didn't have the car I wanted. He assured me that if they didn't have exactly what I wanted, they could get it and that when I got into the dealership, Mitch Drapkin would help me. When I drove the 45 minutes to the dealership, I arrived to Mr. Drapkin immediately trying to put me in a used car they had on the lot and he "did a search" and said there are only 3 cars with the requirements I wanted on the entire eastern seaboard, not at their dealership. Also, he told me that the price they quoted on the internet isn't possible. At this point, I started to get frustrated. I had done my homework, made my call and asked if they would have what I wanted. I told them I felt duped and that they lied to me with internet deals (emailed certificates with values) and even lied to me on the phone to get me into the dealership and immediately I'm told they can't accommodate me. Mr. Drapkin did not apologize, in fact, he started to get flippant with me and my girlfriend who was sitting next to me. This was the worst experience I've had with a Kia dealership. They lied to me to lure me in and then wanted to try and push a used car on me. It's shameful. More

I bought my Kia forte in to be checked because the check engine light came on and decided to look at the new Kia Forte's. I was very impressed with the new Forte's but was hesitant to talk to anyone becaus engine light came on and decided to look at the new Kia Forte's. I was very impressed with the new Forte's but was hesitant to talk to anyone because I thought that I would not be able to afford one. Alex saw me looking at them and started talking to me about them, not giving me the hard sell but answering my questions with professionalism. After taking me for a test run, I knew that I was sold and then I met Sal, who was very professional and helpful. He began the process needed for trading the car in. Mitch had sold me my first car and finished the deal by explaining the process and giving me the ends and outs of trade ins and giving me a suggestion on how I could best go about it. Sal came back with a great deal, no money down, sign and drive it. I was so surprised that they really stuck to the deal after everything went thru. I always have a great experience at Sussman Kia! I purchased (2) new vehicle from Sussman Kia, and I must say, that I am quit pleased with both transactions. My salesperson, Alex was very pleasant to work with, I would recommend him very highly to anyone say, that I am quit pleased with both transactions. The first car that I purchased, the General Manager, Daniel processed my loan very quickly, it was one of the best experience I encountered in purchasing a new car. A few days later I purchased a new car for my grandson, Alex, again was my salesperson with the same helpful attitude. Daniel was out of the office so I spoke with Michael, the Business Manager. Michael is one of the most professional people that I ever met. Michael is a dedicated worker who puts the customer first. He is sincere in getting the best for his customers, Michael is an exceptional employee for the company. I would recommend Alex, Daniel and Michael to anyone. More
I have bought several cars from Sussman Kia and have dealt with Mitch every time. The first car i bought was my first car and was a used Kia Spectra 5. It had low mileage and I got a great deal! Mitch was extremely helpful and understanding with my first major purchase. After a few years, I got tired of the Spectra and wanted a change, so I got a new Kia Forte Koup in Racing Red. Again I got a great deal and Mitch and the crew at Sussman Kia were great! Got a great deal and great value for my trade. I love my new Koup! I recommend that everyone stop in and see Mitch to buy their next car! More

He never made us feel as if we were wasting his time or that he was just there to make a sale. He and the other personnel were pleasant and patient with us and explained every single step. Fast forward...July 2013, the end of my Hyundai lease was approaching and so we returned to Sussman and Brian to see about obtaining a Kia for me. Once again, Brian showed us the different models and encouraged us to test drive any model we were interested in obtaining. I decided to go with the 2014 Kia Cadenza and I could not be happier. It has every feature imaginable. Again, every piece of paperwork was explained to us and we never felt rushed. When we came to pick up the car (after it was thoroughly prepped), all personnel greeted us with smiles and spoke to us in a friendly manner. Brian sat in the car with us and explained all the features and even set up the Bluetooth for my phone. I would definitely return to this dealership in the future. The people are friendly, caring, honest, and helpful. They truly want to make the experience a pleasant one (and it was)! More
Disappointed that dealership/salesman did not try to work with our financing. Basically gave us a take it or leave it price. Only offered $500 for our trade-in? We went to another dealership and was offered with our financing. Basically gave us a take it or leave it price. Only offered $500 for our trade-in? We went to another dealership and was offered $1500 for it. We were able to purchase the same car that fit our budget at another dealership. We will look elsewhere next time when looking to purchase our next car. More
I had a horrible experience. I chosed this dealership first since I already had bought 2 vehicles in the past from Sussman Kia and I regularly get my car serviced here. But when I wanted to trade in my 2008 Optima Kia for a brand new one, I was told that there was no way that they could give me what I want based on the pre-approval amount, my payoff amount and my trade-in. No other options were afforded to me such as a lower end model or a smaller or more affordable Kia that I could live with. I was shocked and very upset by his lack of effort to just work with what I had. I ended up going to a Toyota dealer and was treated like royalty. And, they made things happen for me. More
Everyone at this dealership was friendly. We were going to buy a Kia Rio, but my wife wanted a particular color (race red) that unfortunately the Rio does not offer. You know how that goes.
