Please be careful with this dealer. They tried selling me a car that they had listed with numerous features that the car did not have. I asked them to adjust the price as it KBB for $50 They tried selling me a car that they had listed with numerous features that the car did not have. I asked them to adjust the price as it KBB for $5000 less without the listed features and they would not budge. The stated that their website has a disclaimer for this purpose. Be careful of their false advertisement. More

But the dealerships real value became apparent when we had a problem. They advertise a “love it or leave it” guarantee and we can confirm that they mean it. We had a small recurring problem with our new vehicle (it happens) and decided that we wanted to return it. They immediately agreed to switch out our vehicle with a comparable replacement. We unintentionally made it challenging for them by insisting on a specific color and interior. Within a day they had us in a brand-new Telluride that actually had an MSRP of $1000 more than our original purchase. No extra charge to us! Damon, Ettore and the owner Matt all went above and beyond to turn a potentially disappointing experience in a textbook lesson in customer service. Great job! More

When Sussman owned this dealership, online scheduling got an immediate text message confirmation. People become customers through their service experience. Not answering the phone, and failing to return calls, does not instill confidence. In the parts request incident, I used their recommendation for the quicker response. How can I expect good service, when they can't respond in a timely manner in the platform they suggested? More

i am so disappointed in this kia dealership, They tried to sell my a used 2018 soul, with a hole in the seat , rip armrest, and a big ball of grease on the head rest, i said to him You put a car on the lot to sell my a used 2018 soul, with a hole in the seat , rip armrest, and a big ball of grease on the head rest, i said to him You put a car on the lot looking like this, He said we price our cars low to sell, i said but the car is a disgrace for 17000 to put a car with rip arm rest, hole in seat and greased head rest, and you told me i will replace the arm rest but not the head rest cause its you reasonability, i said no way its a 90 dollar part, and you tell me you wont fix the problem, he says i have to put tires on you trade and i said no way you will sell it for part, same as i can. He was mad i was paying cash and he could make money on the bank financing, no repupable dealer would ever put a car on the lot looking like that, stay away from this dealer or just be ready to buy a lot of parts for the car they sell you More
