At the time of your purchase, market adjustments, including addendums, were transparently displayed on our website and disclosed during the sales process. While we no longer utilize addendums, they were a necessary reflection of market conditions at that time. Regarding your trade-in, the initial online offer was based on information provided, and upon inspection, adjustments were made to reflect the vehicle's condition, including damage, as well as the need for brakes and tires. We understand that the distance you traveled added extra pressure to your experience, and we truly regret that it left you feeling dissatisfied. Our team did their best to provide clear communication throughout the process, and we are always open to feedback to improve future experiences. I tried to resolve the issue with you and you proceeded to lie and attempt to gaslight me. I know what I saw on the web site and there was ZERO indication that you were price gouging online. I came with the understanding that I would pay the online price, which was never discussed with the salesman prior to my driving down there. I was blindsided with that. Usually if anything the price is negotiated down, not the other way around. The $4,000 up charge was rather exorbitant. The other dealers I had looked into were not overcharging for the Carnival and were flabbergasted when I reached out them to tell them of my experience with you. We were well past the Covid shortages as this was in April of 2024. I am in the process of upgrading to the 2025 and that ridiculous fee is hurting my equity. Dealers like you give KIA a bad name. I deeply regret doing business with you. The trade in I could understand but not the $4,000 fee. It was shady and deceptive how you posted it on your website AFTER I called you out on it.

Please undestand, I'm not looking for instant gratification, just guidance from a business on how to navigate through their process.
