I bought a certified used car from them in May, at which point they CLAIMED to have given it a full PA inspection. Two months later (and after driving it for no more than 1,000 miles), I come to find there was NO OIL in my car (no oil leak, just no oil.) I could literally ruin my engine if I were to drive it with no oil, so I took it into another Kia dealership immediately. Turns out they never gave me and oil change when they "inspected it," and there were a host of other problems that failed inspection. Plus, I need all new tires. All of this cost me another $3,000. They did a dishonest job on their inspection, selling me a car that needed essential work. Their behavior is downright predatory, and I hope they go out of business. I will NEVER recommend this dealership!!!! More

Drove the 4 hours to the dealership and when I showed up they brought me to the complete incorrect vehicle. They offered me a check for the gas, been back and forth with them for 2 months and still haven’t seen the check. Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Do not give these people your business. Absolutely appalled. More

For starters, the dealership, like many others, uses AI more than they use actual people. Then, when you finally get a hold of a real person, all they want to do is have you come into the dealership and s more than they use actual people. I was promised several things with the AI and then had to jump through hoops to get hold of the main manager of the dealership. He was much better than his sales individual and thus why it was better to just deal with him. However, and here is the most laughable thing, My trade is worth far more than their vehicle for sale that I inquired about, not to mention, my trade is literally 3 months old and came with a $49k vehicle price. They offered me $27k to $30k for the vehicle and the vehicle has less than 250 miles on it. There is lowballing a customer, and then there is outright making your dealership look like a true stealership, when my very same car is on the lots right now, some with more miles than mine for $40k and up. Matt Blatt Kia of Abington is a complete joke. Stay far far away from them if you have any sort of trade in because as I just stated, they are a true stealership. More

Please be careful with this dealer. They tried selling me a car that they had listed with numerous features that the car did not have.
