Salesmen are friendly but be careful! They are NOT your friends, they are sellers. Read your contracts! Check everything over! I purchased a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee, I’ve had the Jeep 5 days . I had to bring it back the check engine light came on after a half a tank of gas , the Media center needs to be replaced ., I’m not a happy 5 days . went to kia in eht where i brought the kia new went in for my oil change needless to say i have always had a good good job done but not this time for a hundred and some dollars looks like just a oil and f for my oil change needless to say i have always had a good good job done but not this time for a hundred and some dollars looks like just a oil and filter tire rotation whick i paid for extra they could not of checked fluids because washer never filled coolant not filled not even sure if tires were done or not so i took some where to make sure got checked filled not sure i will be using this dealership again More

Went in to get an oil change and I had got a flat tire the day before. They were able to fix both. They also performed a multi-piont inspection. This is the reason you take your car/SUV to a certified K the day before. They were able to fix both. They also performed a multi-piont inspection.
