Tuesday October 5th I had my 2014 Mittsubishi Outlander towed to Matt Blatt Mitsubishi in Glassboro because my car broke down due to a broken pully. I called the next day to find out what the price for re towed to Matt Blatt Mitsubishi in Glassboro because my car broke down due to a broken pully. I called the next day to find out what the price for repair would be and Greg started out by telling me I would need a new alternator and belt. I said ok so how much? He said but first, your vehicle also is due for service and I told him my car was there just a few months for maintenance and I paid over $500.00. He checked the records and said "oh yes so you still need new spark plugs, the battery charged and a protectant coating. I said ok so how much he said it would be $1,100.00 for the alternator and belt and $200.00 for the Spark Plugs and coating. I declined the service because it was unreasonably priced. I then told Greg I am going to have my car towed out of there because I cannot afford the service fee. He said I owe them a diagnostic fee of $165.00. I understand that a diagnostic fee would be required. However, I never dreamed it would be $165.00. The problem my vehicle had was obvious to the naked eye and did not need to be put on any diagnostic machine nor would it have taken more than 5 minutes of a mechanics time to see what was wrong. I am completely turned off by Matt Blatt Mittsubishi. First, Greg sounded like a salesman not a serviceman. I never asked him to check anything else out so I didnt need to hear that my vehicle needed more service. I paid the $165.00 to get my vehicle out of there. I will never go back to them again and I will probably never buy a Mittsubishi again. The service here is poor and the prices are inflated to the max. A diagnostic test for an obvious problem shouldn't cost $165.00. You took advantage of me. More

I recently brought my 2004 Suzuki X-L7 into Matt Blatt Glassboro to be serviced after a great deal of “wear and tear.” I initially reached out to Mr. Mark Fields after my girlfriend retrieved Mr. Fields’ Glassboro to be serviced after a great deal of “wear and tear.” I initially reached out to Mr. Mark Fields after my girlfriend retrieved Mr. Fields’ card after visiting the service center to find out the hours of service and intake process. When I contacted Mr. Fields, he was very patience and professional while assisting me with scheduling my service appointment. Once I arrived at Matt Blatt Glassboro Service Center, Mr. Fields exercised excellent customer service. He listened to a laundry list of repairs and checks that I provided and assured me only the necessary repairs would be completed pending my approval. Mr. Fields physically inspected my vehicle to verify a number of concerns on the list. He continued by explaining what to expect regarding the initial checks. The next day, Mr. Fields promptly contacted me to review the repairs needed (and not need) that were on my laundry list. In a climate of “…bill the customer based on the repairs requested, even if they are not required,” Mr. Fields pleasantly surprised me with his integrity and knowledge. Upon returning to the service center, Mr. Fields reviewed each job and part listed on the invoice providing detailed descriptions of the repair when questioned. I was so impressed with his customer service that I told Mr. Fields, “I wish you can work on my Honda Pilot.” His response was, “why not?” I dropped off my Honda Pilot when I pickup my repaired Suzuki X-L7. Mr. Fields repeated the process with my Honda, however, with the addition of a surprisingly shocking service. I shared with Mr. Fields that it was not necessary to offer a wheel alignment, due to the fact I purchased a lifetime wheel alignment plan through Firestone. He responded with offering to take my vehicle to Firestone, to have Firestone provide the alignment at no cost. At that point, Matt Blatt Glassboro secured a satisfied customer thanks to Mr. Fields’ knowledgeable and courteous service. Matt Blatt Glassboro and its customers are fortunate to have Mr. Fields.
