Very bad company My Toyota corolla got totaled on 1-23-17. I went on their website and found a corolla. I went in on 1-24-17 and talked to a salesman. I called him on Friday before they closed and told him I wanted the car and I would be there at 10am Saturday. He asked me if I could come in between 12:30 and 1 because he had 2 appts. I said OK, but I arrived at noon. When my wife and I arrived a couple guys had the car i wanted and were looking at it. I went in and asked my salesman if they were gonna buy it, he had a customer and said he would be with me soon. A couple minutes later I saw the guys drive off worth the car. After about 15 minutes I finally found someone and asked if that car had been sold. A few minutes later she confirmed it was sold. I told my wife and on the way out told the salesman thank you for selling the car and I didnt appreciate it and thank you for wasting my time. I would have been there at 10 am with a deposit. After I left and was driving to another dealer, the mgr calls me and said her apologies and that she would give me a NEW Corolla at the same price. I said"you will give me a new car for $14999 ??? " she said $14999 !!! That car you wanted was $16800... I have the paper work showing the $14999 price. So I go back and they say they are giving me a new car with $3000 off. LMAO the Internet price for a new Corolla was $17201 !!!! So actually it was only $400 off. Now after all this, they try to give me 3.99% interest for a NEW CAR !!! I left and in the end, I went to Suburban Toyota and got a USED Toyota with 2.9% interest !!!!! BEWARE STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER !!!! More

Great service I took my car in for the standard oil change. My service advisor was Brian Michling. Awesome Service Department I called the service department and spoke with Brian. Brian was very professional and went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered. I learned that I can indeed make an appointment for service which would make my service experience much easier. I plan to visit the dealership this week for next oil change. While Brian and his men were working on my vehicle, I met a super person, Mike Riess and he went out of his way to make sure that I looked, sat in, and knew ins and outs of the Avalon and the Camry Hybrid that I was looking at. Mcinerney does not Honor their own Coupon!! Since moving to Detroit a year ago from S.Carolina, I had been using Mcinerney Toyota for my Camry service, etc owing to close proximity to my house. Since moving to Detroit a year ago from S.Carolina, I had been using Mcinerney Toyota for my Camry service, etc owing to close proximity to my house. I had a great dealership expereince with Jim Hudson Toyota in S.Carolina but unfortunately cannot say that for McInerney Toyota. On the first week of June I had taken my Camry for a Brake & Battery inspection... all seemed well BUT the service adviser advised to replace my Battery (since my charge reading was low!), I wondered why since my car did not have any battery issue? Anyways I still got the battery replaced and they charged me full price, labour et al. Few days later I received a Flyer form McInerney offering coupon for battery replacement. When I took the coupon I was curtly told by the service adviser that I should have shown the coupon at the time of service... I requested to honor their coupon since it was within the same month and week... but I was turned down! I feel I was duped into getting a new battery installed and I was not offered any battery coupon despite McInerney advisor knew that there was a promotion going on!!! More
