I went in for an AC repair. The place was clean and people were welcoming. My quote was given for an AC condenser repair, refrigerant, and broken seals. It was about $900. I was shocked by the quote so I did some research myself. I was in a front-end accident about 5 months ago. My collison repair took place at the end of June thru mid July. When researching, I discovered that the AC condenser was in the front of the car and was replaced by our collison shop. So I called Matick to question the replacement. I was told it was added by mistake. When I requested a new estimate they increased the cost of refrigerant by $100. When I questioned that, they lowered the price. It took from Tuesday afternoon to Thursday evening to finish the car. When I questioned the length of time and requested that they play for my rental car they told me they were waiting for a part. Never once did they explain what the wait was for. I was really excited to come here for the first time (close to my work) and I will NEVER go back. I would not trust them with a true assessment of a repair. Who’s knows how many other wrongly quoted repairs they have done. More
