Seneca always greets my wife and I with a smile and always makes sure our concerns/needs are met. One of the reasons we have continued to purchase Nissans is the Mathews Nissan service department. Mike Fields used to make sure we were taken care of...Now he heads the service department and Seneca has stepped into his place in our minds with his conscientiousness. The one thing neither Mike nor Seneca can control is the high service cost. Even with discounts the (30,000 mile service) bill was $700--that is a car payment folks--and that is totally unacceptable. I don't care what other dealers charge, please find a way to make it palatable for those driving Nissans, especially repeat customers. I truly believe longtime customers--this our sixth straight Nissan--should benefit from such loyalty. More

Vehicle service was completed ahead of projected completion. Since moving to Clarksville in 2001, I have received the same excellent experience with this knowledgeable and friendly Service Advisor regardless of whether he was employed at Saturn, Suzuki, or Nissan. I purchased my family's previous vehicles (Saturn, Suzuki, or Nissan) based on the service recommendations and requirements provided by Mr. Cottrell and not the sales department. All advertised service price discounts were also honored during this visit. More

Window I brought my car in for an oil change. The representative immediately checked for recalls. I told him that there was an issue with my drivers side win I brought my car in for an oil change. The representative immediately checked for recalls. I told him that there was an issue with my drivers side window. He immediately checked it out. The seal was twisted which was causing the motor to strain rolling it back up. He ordered me a new seal and contacted me as soon as it came in to have the seal replaced. I purchased my car here and enjoy being able to have it serviced at the same location with no problems. More

I have never had a problem in scheduling a service for either of our 2 Nissan products. We have a 2018 Rogue and a 2005 Parhfinder that we have serviced as scheduled. Absolutely not one complaint of this dealership or service department. More
