This dealer is nott trust worthy, they do not stand by there workmanship or word. They did mechanic work for me and after getting it back the next week I'm driving g down the road and the fan came off and there workmanship or word. They did mechanic work for me and after getting it back the next week I'm driving g down the road and the fan came off and cut the belt and cause the truck to over heat and shut down. They had replaced the fan clutch, the studs was still intact but the nuts was gone so there for They didn't tighten the nuts down.i told them I wanted a new motor because the integrity of the motor had been compromised due to getting to hot. They refused to replace motor and said they woukd purchase a warranty policy on it "fraud" because it's pre existing they won't cover it. After signing the co tract for warranty they called and canceled the warranty. The truck has been back 2 times for same issue and they say there's nothing wrong with the truck even though I have video evidence of it malfunctioning. Do now I'm stuck with a problem they won't fix. I would stay as far away as possible from this place. More

I bought the truck off Autotrader and picked it up about a week later, I live in Missouri, I signed for everything and was given an envelope with all my paperwork or so I thought but when I got home I reali a week later, I live in Missouri, I signed for everything and was given an envelope with all my paperwork or so I thought but when I got home I realized I wasn't given the title. I called and was told she was about to mail it to Jefferson City. I told her that wasn't the correct way for Missouri and asked that she not mail it because I didn't want it getting lost, she did it anyway and now its lost. Long story short, it is a small town with a small town mindset, they don't have the experience for out of state deals. Deal with them at your own risk, to me the few dollars you save isn't worth the aggravation More
