Our sales guy Joe did a great job and gave us personal attention. He did everything he could from start to finish for us and we appreciate it very much. One complaint we do have and it has nothing to do with Joe, is our car was sent to get the wrap off of it and when we went to pick it up for the first time, underneath was scuffed very badly and there was chips in the paint of the hood. It was not like that when we agreed to buy it and signed all the paperwork. We were told that the manager said there was nothing they could do for it, so we pretty much just had to deal with it. I did receive a paint pen to correct the ships myself. As a person who just paid over $30,000 for a new car, I was and am still upset by this. I should not have paid that much for a car that was damaged while in the care of the dealership. While I will refer others to buy a car from Joe, I will not refer people to use that dealership. More

Imagine being at a Five Star Resort -- this is how I felt when I went to Matthews Nissan Suzuki to purchase my new car. True, a car lot is completely different from a Five Star resort but the treatment rece when I went to Matthews Nissan Suzuki to purchase my new car. True, a car lot is completely different from a Five Star resort but the treatment received was the same. Also the dealership was spotless, including the restroom. Most importantly, there was zero high-pressure sales inflicted. I would most definitely refer this particular dealership to my friends and strangers alike. Matthews Nissan Suzuki should be so very proud of their employees (from the top to the bottom). I don't know what training Nissan/Suzuki Corporation requires for their employees but I can tell you one thing, everyone at Matthews surpasses anything the Corporation could possibly want from their employees. WOW wish I would have read some of these before going there. I would not recommend buying a vehicle with these people. I bought a truck from them and they blowed up my phone for 5 days about getting the there. I would not recommend buying a vehicle with these people. But the sales manager was really really rude, even cussed at me. The only nice management person I dealt with was named Matt. Now I'm no expert here but you don't treat customers like that. On top of all that the transmission went out in the truck today. They payed to have it towed back and are doing all the repairs for free. But the loaner they gave me is a piece of junk that wont even stay running if you take your foot off the gas. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF FROM A BAD DEAL AND DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! More
I went in to get a vehicle that was advertised online. It was still being advertised but had been sold off the lot 2 weeks prior. I could understand if it wasn't a company website, but it was. Then when I went in to the dealership, I got Bobby the internet sales person whom was very pleasant to speak with, however not very knowledgeable. I asked him simple questions on the vehicle which he did not know the answers. Also, when I actually bought the vehicle I was unaware of the mandatory $350.00 fee that I would be charged to become a loyalty customer. Truthfully that is the least of my worries at this time. The real issue is the finance dept all together. They added a warranty and sent off the paperwork which heightened my payments up 50 bucks a month. I was reading over the agreement and caught it that evening my husband signed a cancellation waiver to have it taken off. Then just today I had noticed it was not taken off my loan amount. My payments were not decreased. My husband and I brought in a power of attorney because he was about to deploy and they lost it and never even sent it off to the loan company, so when I called the loan company they would not give me any information about my vehicle. He is gone and in order for me to get any information I have to drive back down to the dealership with the PA and have them resend it. I am very disappointed in this company because they were at the new comers brief on post. I would not refer them to anyone unless you want to deal with a whole lot of drama. More
