Everything about my experience @ Mathews Nissan Suzuki, was wonderful! I had 2 salespeople (Courtney & Darryl). They were very patient & made all of my concerns, important to them. They made sure my new Rogue was washed & filled with gas before I left. The sales manager (Derek Davis) worked with me, to find the payment that I could afford & made sure I received EVERY rebate, discount, & incentive that was available to me. He also made sure I received top dollar for my trade! The finance lady (Cheryl Poff), was such a sweet, caring, & thorough person. She explained every warranty & insurance option available. She took time for all of my questions & went above & beyond to make me feel like she cared about me making the right decision & not just trying to sell me something! This by far, was my best experience in purchasing a vehicle! This company & customers are very lucky to have such wonderful employees working for them! More
Its a great dealership because the dealer allows you to take the car for a drive or keep the vehicle you want for a day or two to let you see if you want it. I had a great experience at Matthews Nissan. When my wife and I arrived we were greeted by Darryl Yates. He offered great customer service for my wife and I. He asked us if we were in the market for a new or used vehicle. We told him either way we wanted a buy a car that day. Darryl asked us our price range so he could help us drive off with a car. He was more then helpful and worked very hard in helping us get the car for the price we could afford. One of the great things about Darryl was he didn't rush my wife and I to purchase a car. When I asked him how long he had been working as a car salesman, he told me only a couple of months and I couldn't believe it because he was so professional and very helpful. He is going to bring a lot of business to Matthew's Nissan/Suzuki and will do great things there. At the end of the day after Darryl found a vehicle for my wife and I and was in our budget range and we ended up taking home a car that night. I really appreciate Darryl's customer service that he provided that evening and he is an excellent car salesman. In my opinion he was the best that i have encountered. All information was handled by fax and telephone, considering I live in Alabama. When I arrived at Mathews Nissan Suzuki, all that was left for me to do was sign my paperwork and drive away in my (new) vehicle.
