Mike was great that day as he was filling in, and provided a fair price and compassionate treatment to help a young lady out. They probably could have charged us more; probably should have, but they didn't and showed genuine interest in helping her keep costs down and safety/functionality of the vehicle high. I want her to establish a competence and comfort in dealing with her car maintenance and they couldn't have been more helpful in that regard. That's why I bought the Reno from ya'll in 2008(?), a new Altima for my wife in 2013, and brought my mother to you for a new Altima for in 2010(?). We all love Rodney and Matt over at the Nissan side as well. I guess that makes Mathews Nissan our family dealership!! More
