I am very impressed with the customer service at Matthew’s. Zach Sturges was my sales rep and he was very patient and helpful with me picking out my 2 new Honda civics. Zach and Chase brought my wif Matthew’s. Zach Sturges was my sales rep and he was very patient and helpful with me picking out my 2 new Honda civics. Zach and Chase brought my wife’s civic to our house to save us the hassle of driving back and forth. Worked with this dealership since December to secure my desired car, in hopes of having it by March. They PROMISED me a vehicle and we gave them a substantial deposit. Worked with a sweet, but unexperien desired car, in hopes of having it by March. They PROMISED me a vehicle and we gave them a substantial deposit. Worked with a sweet, but unexperienced salesman who constantly had to "check with his manager". March came and no vehicle- despite the fact that other dealerships appeared to be able to secure the car we wanted. So much "salesman" speak ("that's above my paygrade") and they tried to give us the runaround about getting our deposit back. A whole lot of wasted time, energy with ultimately no vehicle. Would not recommend the dealership. More
I was verbally attacked, mocked and called names by the service manager Brandon Lawson. I have only had my 2022 Civic 3 weeks and the inside rear view mirror fell off, it leaks coolant, the carpet is disin service manager Brandon Lawson. I have only had my 2022 Civic 3 weeks and the inside rear view mirror fell off, it leaks coolant, the carpet is disintegrating and there is a bad spot in the paint. Brandon pulled the mirror housing apart, then looked down and said “at least nothing broke.” Then he left it like that and gave me the option of driving it to a third party body shop to ask them how to fix it or leave it with no loaner car or transportation back to work or home. He became irate when I tried to leave a written list of concerns for the appointment I was trying to schedule. I opened a case with Honda corporate and made an appointment at a different dealership. I will never set foot in another Mathews dealership again. More
Wasted My Time They had a 2017 Acura MDX advertised on their dealer and dealer group on line ads and Autotrader. Serial # 5FRYD4H83HB006024. I am located 3 hours They had a 2017 Acura MDX advertised on their dealer and dealer group on line ads and Autotrader. Serial # 5FRYD4H83HB006024. I am located 3 hours away from them, so I called at 10:30 AM and confirmed the car was still available and confirmed the price the Sales person had given me via email. I asked for an out the door price and it was about $750 less than the advertised price of $33,900. I was assured the car was still available and "the car would be ready for me to inspect and drive when I arrived at the dealership. Arrived there at 1:45 PM. Asked for the sales person, Hannah Greer, and when we sat down, she told us that the car had been sold that morning. She said she tried to call me and left a message. I told her that was B.S.! I called to make sure I didn't drive that distance for nothing. Absolutely wasted my time with the Mathews dealer group. Dishonest bunch to the core. When I got home there was a message on my answering machine timestamped 1:05 PM that it would be awesome if I could call her as soon as I could. No mention that the car was sold. More
Total Scammers!!! Went in to test drive a car which was listed online the night before for ~35K. Was prepared to buy that day!! Sales person confirmed before the test drive. Got back from the test drive and started talking numbers. The price went up by 10K online while I was there! 45K for a car with MSRP of 35K. The manager said “that’s what they’re going for”. They were also going to give me 17K for my trade. When I inquired about a cheaper car after the initial conversation, they were going to give me 13.5k on my trade!!!! I will never shop there again. More

I took a minute to think and he yelled into the phone, Hello???!?? After just a few seconds. No empathy and no help for someone that works full time. More
