I am submitting this complaint regarding Mathews Honda and Barlow Body Shop involving what I believe to be serious concerns surrounding vehicle repair quality, disclosure practices, documentation complian and Barlow Body Shop involving what I believe to be serious concerns surrounding vehicle repair quality, disclosure practices, documentation compliance, customer handling, and overall dealer conduct related to the sale and repair of a 2018 Toyota Camry purchased on March 28, 2026. Over the course of several weeks, I experienced repeated issues involving repair workmanship deficiencies, significant repair escalation, incomplete or unavailable repair documentation, concerns raised by independent collision repair professionals regarding repair methods and long-term durability, and repeated difficulties obtaining transparency and accountability throughout the process. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the matter professionally and in good faith, I ultimately lost all confidence in both the vehicle and the handling of this transaction and believe the circumstances warrant formal review by the State of Ohio. BUYER BEWARE - If you purchase a used vehicle from Mathews Auto/Honda - be sure to check if it has had any body or paint repairs. If so, definitely have it inspected by a well know and certified body shop professional! More
