Mathews Ford

I bought a 2012 Mustang from Tyler Allen at this dealership in August, it had 22,000 miles on it. I took it in to my local dealership for warranty work. The service man at my local dealership said it would not be a big deal, any reputable dealer would cover the cost - as it turns out, Mathews Ford is NOT A REPUTABLE DEALERSHIP. Tyler Allen actually had the nerve to tell me that I should have checked this vehicle's history before I bought it from him. Ironically, he said he himself is just too busy to bother checking histories of the cars he sells. Basically, this dealership's attitude is if you are stupid enough to trust us it's your fault. More

Bill Allison was awesome to work with and made me right at home. The sales manager also was there late at night and they walked me through everything and had the Ford F-150 I was purchasing ready for me to at home.
