Josh @ service was willing to schedule service for safety recall (20B41) on my 2020 F-350 diesel with 1,300 that's correct one thousand three hundred miles. I asked about my "rusting lug nuts". I was informed that he would have to "look" at the them, take pictures and ask about possibly warranty thru Ford. I asked about any additional out standing service bulletins, and was told none existed. I contacted another Ford dealer about preforming safety recall work and was told no problem, I asked about any outstanding service bulletins and was told that four (4) existed all "simple" software updates. I asked about rusting lug nuts, after e-mailing pictures of each wheel, I was called back less then two hours and said the lug nuts would be replaced as well. It pains me to say that after purchasing my last four vehicles from Kevin. Mathews Ford has lost me as a customer due to how Josh in service treated me. More

We pay $489 a month for this car and already are having problems with it. When i back up, it makes a grinding noise and the mechanic says it's NORMAL. That's NOT NORMAL!!! I am NOT HAPPY WITH THE GRINDING NOISE. It needs to be addressed ASAP!!!...Your mechanic won't address it. But, he can get the other issues??? This car is brand New and should NOT have any issues; whatsoever!!! PLEASE help!!! He is friendly, but won't listen to us, in regards to the grinding noise; when we back up.
