Very disappointed in service department. I had a part that needed to be special ordered. Was told it would be only a few days and they would get me right in. After waiting a week, I called I had a part that needed to be special ordered. Was told it would be only a few days and they would get me right in. After waiting a week, I called them. It hasn't been ordered. It was blamed on human error. Assured it would be pre Ordered that day. A week later I called only to find out it had not been ordered, again blamed on human error. Long story short, I had to keep calling to get the part then had to wait 2 weeks to get out in their schedule. I was assured that I would have a fleet vehicle ready and waiting for me for the day. When I arrived I was told that I would have to get a rental car. Very disappointing customer service More
Bad service Hello Stockton people. Do not take your car to this dealership (Mataga of Stockton) the worse mechanics there is. It's like there guessing what's wron Hello Stockton people. Do not take your car to this dealership (Mataga of Stockton) the worse mechanics there is. It's like there guessing what's wrong with your vehicle. they fix one thing and they call u to say "we fixed it", but that wasn't the problem so a different mechanic is coming on Monday to c if he knows what's wrong with it. I call on Tuesday to c if I can get a loaner and they said my car is ready. I pick it up and drive it for 2 hours and the check engine light flashes again. I think they just wanted to get rid of my car so they cleared the codes but didn't fix the problem. I guess they don't have computers to read codes so they just guess. FOR THAT KIND OF SERVICE I CAN JUST GO TO THE GUY NEXT DOOR anyway worse service ever. don't go there. Oh! And it was the second time I took it in, in 1 week. More
