When I explained that nothing had changed, they kindly offered to take another look and scheduled another appointment for me to bring it back. I didn't expect this and I was elated that they would offer to take another look at my problem. Urgent Battery Replacement My car battery went dead right in the parking lot of Chili's. I called my insurance carrier and was told I had to wait for over a hour they were very My car battery went dead right in the parking lot of Chili's. I called my insurance carrier and was told I had to wait for over a hour they were very busy. So I decided to call my dealership to see if they could help me....well, they were wonderful. They sent Lorenzo out to jump me and I drove directly to the Mataga service department and Ozzy had my battery waiting and they took my car right in and got me back on the road in time for me to get to the grocery store and home for dinner. Everybody at Mataga is so nice and I love how respectful they are every time I go in there. More
