It was the best move I ever made as the first SUV I looked at I liked and bought it. What sold me was not only the vehicle itself, but I wasn't pressured into buying it and the ease at purchasing it. I was happy about the fact that the dealership was tied in with First Source Credit Union and that's where I have an account. All it took was an email, 2 phone calls, I went and picked up my check and the vehicle was mine. The day I brought in the check and picked up my vehicle, I spent some time with a gentleman from the finance department, but I can't remember his name. He was very easy to work with, professional and made the purchase enjoyable. More

Worst experience with a service department I've ever had. I brought it in for some issues I was having and it ended up needing a new engine. The assistant who was assigned to it never called for updates when I brought it in for some issues I was having and it ended up needing a new engine. The assistant who was assigned to it never called for updates when she said she would and to get anything moved forward in the process I had to call and inquire about the next steps. At one point I was told the new engine had been received and my car would be going in for work soon. Two months later I called and I was told the engine still hadn't even been ordered. Then kept getting the runaround about what happened and why my car hadn't been serviced yet. It took almost five months before I got my car back. Overall terrible service and communication and would never return or recommend. More
