On Sunday, February 18th, my husband and I entered Mastria Volkswagen in Raynham, MA. Derek Welch greeted us and assisted with the test drive of an Atlas Cross Sport. He was thoughtful and attentive, and most of all, lacked the obtuse “pressure” that other automotive brand dealerships employ. Derek and Pete, the sales manager, even thought of a pre-owned vehicle option, another 2024 Atlas Cross Sport in a sharp pure grey color. It was both “new“ and “used“, striking a perfect fit for both our needs in style and substance. Mark Striggles assisted us with the normally high-pressure finance component. He was helpful, communicative and refreshingly laid back.
