I shopped Mastria at the beginning of my search for a new Forester. After comparison shopping at other dealers, I found Mastria's price was best by far. However when I returned to actually buy the car a few weeks later, the price had increased by $2000 making them one of the highest priced. Our original salesman knew he would be away the day we went in to buy, but he referred us to his manager who of course had been involved in original negotiations. The manager assigned another sales man who expressed amazement I could have had the first low offer--that they couldn't sell for that price. Hmmmmm!!!!!! Our original salesman and managers I met were all so nice the first day. I was looking forward to buying from them. This experience just epitomized the worst selling practices car dealers are noted for. More
I first went there for a remote starter. It took an 1 1/2 hours and before they were done the service guy that took my car finds me and tells me that my spare key doesn't fit my car. Anyways... the servic hours and before they were done the service guy that took my car finds me and tells me that my spare key doesn't fit my car. Anyways... the service was fast and I got a replacement key from the dealership that sold me the car (2010 Legacy). I went to get my first oil change from them this morning since the dealership I bought the car from wanted me to leave it for the day since they were booked. I have never left a car for a day for an oil change. I got to Mastria at 7:23 and was in my car at 8:06 with an oil change and all fluids topped off. I will continue to go there for my service. They are friendly and fast. More
