Recently bought a 2009 Subaru Forester from this dealer. Price was good, but the online inventory stated that it was a Certified car. 1 owner and no rentals or leases on record. I was told by finance manager that it was a prior lease vehicle. I was also told that it had nothing but basic warrenty on it. I bought an extended warrenty under this premis. After getting home I went to their site and found out the certified cars had a 100k warrenty included. Am going back to Dealer to work this out. The vehicle was also missing floor mats. More

I thought customer service was dead! Not so at Mastria Subaru!! I went there with a plan. I was greeted at the door by Wayne Groves. He first ask how i was and what he could help with today. He walk me out to the lot and show me. He was nice and let me ask the questions.He was actually very funny and easy to deal with. We talk about pricing and came to an agreement. No pressure!! This is the first time in my life that I was happy with a dealership and did not feel like I was being screwed! Matter of fact I am still happy! After the sale I came back to have a hitch put on the car and Wayne saw me and came by to say hi! Image that- A salesman was says hi to someone AFTER they made the purchase. I had found my ideal pre-owned car online at Mastria and decided to make a call to check for availability. I was pleasantly surprised when they offered to bring it to my home for a test drive. In less than an hour, the friendly salsman Ronato was pulling into my driveway with the vehicle I had admired online. How sweet is that especially considering Mastria is about 26 miles away! Anyhow, we took our test drive, and then Ronato took a test drive in my older trade-in. We came to terms right in front of my house and Ronato followed me back to Mastria where we cemented the deal. From my observation, Mastria Subaru is one squared away dealer manned by friendly and competent professionals. More
After looking at another subaru dealer we went to Mastria because of their large inventory. Renato was our salesperson. We looked at a couple of cars and did not see exactly what I wanted so he immediately got on the computer and found just what I wanted. We had a somewhat complicated situation in transferring our registration and Renato handled it personally for us. It took two trips to the registry and my insurance company. He also personally delivered my car. He made this whole process so easy. Thank you Renato, your the best. More
Jerome and Chris worked with us to get us the best possible car at the best possible price. We were able to get everything we wanted in our new Subaru Outback with a lot less hassle than we really ex possible car at the best possible price. The best thing was that when we were disappointed and driven into further negotiations with another dealer, Jerome and Chris just dismissed it all and went out of there way to earn our business. We are more than satisfied with our new car which replaced our 21 year old Volvo to which we had become extremely attached, and will consider another Subaru when we need to replace another car. More

Mastria Subaru was the 2nd dealer I visited. I had seen the new 2010 Legacy at the NY Auto show in April of 2010 and decided it was just what I needed. I also got some "extras" for my car at 20% off the retail cost. The parts department is great to deal with. My one visit for service ( a recall) went quickly and the staff were very polite. More
