terrible experience Came in with a concern about my transmision instead of addressing my concern they suggested 1500$ of work which had nothing to do with my concern. Fluids$200 hoping that will help and they charged me $75 extra dollars for their diagnosis which would not even help my problem. Terrible customer service More

Got a recall notice for a 45 mins repair, the service dept kept me there for 5 1/2 hours....yup....HOURS. Terrible. they sell deffective used cars, mastria says they will fix the car at no cost to you then you go there and they tell you it will cost you $200 they didnt do my inspection because i live out of state they fix the car at no cost to you then you go there and they tell you it will cost you $200 they didnt do my inspection because i live out of state they forget to tell me, how did i find out i got a ticket for not having an inspection sticker ive owned the car less then a month I WILL NEVER BRING MY CAR TO MASTRIA EVEN FOR THEM TO FILL MY TIRES THEY ARE LIARS AND COULD CARE LESS ABOUT HELPING A VETERAN THAT JUST GOT HOME if you look at other reviews on yelp you will see i am not the only one that has had a problem like this with mastria More
It was an interesting experience. Overall I was extremely satisfied. Found scratch on drivers door in showroom and it wasn't buffed out. When I went in to look at cars to purchase, I did not want to be harrassed by a salesman. I walked around the lot, and Jerome just waited in the wings for any questionos I had. He is one of the nicest people I have every worked with. I ended up purchasing a Legacy and I love the car. The whole process went so smooth and easy. I go back now for oil changes, etc. and the whole crew is so friendly and they make you feel very comfortable. I only wait maybe 30 minutes if that. I would and did recommend Mastria and Jerome to friends of mine and they purchased and Impreza. More
