It was an interesting experience. Overall I was extremely satisfied. Found scratch on drivers door in showroom and it wasn't buffed out. When I went in to look at cars to purchase, I did not want to be harrassed by a salesman. I walked around the lot, and Jerome just waited in the wings for any questionos I had. Recently bought a 2009 Subaru Forester from this dealer. Price was good, but the online inventory stated that it was a Certified car. 1 owner and no rentals or leases on record. I was told by finance manager that it was a prior lease vehicle. I was also told that it had nothing but basic warrenty on it. I bought an extended warrenty under this premis. After getting home I went to their site and found out the certified cars had a 100k warrenty included. Am going back to Dealer to work this out. The vehicle was also missing floor mats. More

I thought customer service was dead! Not so at Mastria Subaru!! I went there with a plan. I was greeted at the door by Wayne Groves. He first ask how i was and what he could help with today. I had found my ideal pre-owned car online at Mastria and decided to make a call to check for availability. I was pleasantly surprised when they offered to bring it to my home for a test drive. In less than an hour, the friendly salsman Ronato was pulling into my driveway with the vehicle I had admired online. How sweet is that especially considering Mastria is about 26 miles away! Anyhow, we took our test drive, and then Ronato took a test drive in my older trade-in. We came to terms right in front of my house and Ronato followed me back to Mastria where we cemented the deal. From my observation, Mastria Subaru is one squared away dealer manned by friendly and competent professionals. More
