Horrible stressful experience - I informed salesman that I was not financing through the dealership and would finance through my credit Union upon first sitting with him . I knew which vehicle I wanted and test drove it . problems started after signing p & S with promise date of 9/29 with finance people was told that they needed a code from my credit union. I gave them fax and phone number for my credit union . My credit union rep explained to finance there is no code . I have them $400 deposit by debit card Found the vehicle I wanted and said I would come back with check . Showed up with bank check and nothing ready . Told they don't go to registry every day and can't have car til Wednesday ! Rude and disrespectful sales manager and finance department went home for the day after having us wait hours for paperwork !!!! Four trips from an hour away and Was actually told that I would have had my car registered sooner had I financed through them !!!! First was given paperwork for wrong car then was promised vehicle for today then told I have to wait til next week for Them to vin check and register. Then Waited around for hours when I had full payment of agreed-upon price only to be told finance guy went home for the day ! Then told to sign blank document by sales manager who lied repeatedly saying he was the finance guy!!! Meanwhile the salesman was oblivious !!! Wasted three days of my life ! Made to feel like my money not good enough !!!! Done with these clowns ! More

Terrible Experience I was in 8/23/17 (today) and I am leaving this review because I am HIGHLY dissatisfied. I had expressed interest in one of your vehicles and read grea I was in 8/23/17 (today) and I am leaving this review because I am HIGHLY dissatisfied. I had expressed interest in one of your vehicles and read great reviews about your dealership, so I drove over an hour and a half to come to this dealership and had a TERRIBLE experience. Before making the drive I called to see if I would be pre-qualified for the car, the women at the front desk sent me to finance via phone and got pre-qualified. Everything over the phone seemed great but when I actually got to the dealership was when the problems occured. Over the past few weeks I have gone to several dealerships to look at cars and my car has been appraised for 10,000 with a clean car fax in pristine condition, when they appraised my car here they were going to give me $1,500 dollars less and had made it a point that the car MUST have been in an accident because it looked like it had been painted over which for a fact it had not been. Overall, I felt like very shady business was going on at this dealership and needless to say I wasted an entire afternoon coming here. I would suggest if your looking for an honest dealership this is not the one. More

Work is always done in a timely fashion. This is my third Subaru. They are by far a great buy. I like to drive and I feel very confidant and safe in my Subaru. I bought the Outback this time This is my third Subaru. They are by far a great buy. I like to drive and I feel very confidant and safe in my Subaru. I bought the Outback this time and if I ever feel the need to trade it in I would stay with the Outback. The folks I dealt with at Subaru were very helpful and friendly. More
