You can always count on Mastria Subaru to treat you right. So many places make buying a car feel like a game in which you are a novice and the car salesman is at pro level. Mastria is the opposite. This was my second car purchase with Mastria. Every interaction I have had with them, sales and service, has been professional but also personal. Recently my husband and I trusted Mastria and Bruce Grabert to help us trade in two older vehicles and find a car with lower mileage, for a good price, in nice condition. I had high expectations and Bruce and Mastria did not disappoint. We walked away with a better than fair trade value and a great price on a beautiful 2017 Impreza. Bruce did an excellent job of guiding my husband and myself through the process and making it painless. How often can you say that about car buying? We managed to have a nice conversation and found some common ground in life experience, leaving us feeling like Bruce was a friend. With Chris Dunn, the General Sales Manager giving us a wave, we walked in to be entertained by Husan Akramkhuzhaev, the Finance Manager. Besides having one of the most unique names we had ever heard, Husan is one of the most unique finance professionals we had ever met! We were entertained by his stories as we signed the paperwork making the Impreza ours. Good at his job, Husan doesn't let the fact that most people find financial transactions boring, get in his way. As we walked out the door, it felt like we had just been visiting with friends and had our car detailed (and turned into an Impreza)! Out of all the possible places to buy cars these days, I would say that Mastria Subaru works hard to be a favorite. They just do things in an honest and respectful way and leaving you considering when you might trade up again in the future. More
