Bait and Switch On Dec 31st I called Mastria and spoke with the Mgr., Joe. He confirmed for me that the car I was looking at on Car Gurus was in their inventory. Aft On Dec 31st I called Mastria and spoke with the Mgr., Joe. He confirmed for me that the car I was looking at on Car Gurus was in their inventory. After some chit chat with the salesman, Craig to determine why a car was turned in after just 2 months of ownership he went to get the keys. After 30 min he came back to tell me he was having trouble finding them. Shortly thereafter Craig came back with Joe to show me the sign out sheet that should have been signed when the Mastria Mazda dealer took the car and sold it the night before. I was in luck because they could sell me a 2020! This is a bait and switch dealership. More

The buying process was smooth and easy and they had the Forester in within 2 business days. Max did a great job explaining everything as it had a bunch of new features my older car didn't have. Won’t cover a warranty item 😡 My wife and I bought the new Subaru ascent touring a $50,000 vehicle and we bought the extended warranty within the first year the rear bumper sensor My wife and I bought the new Subaru ascent touring a $50,000 vehicle and we bought the extended warranty within the first year the rear bumper sensor stopped working so I made an appointment and brought it in for repair and the technician told me that I was in an accident and I asked him why he thought that he said there was overspray on the bumper and I assured him it was not an accident and that was from the factory so then the service manager said that it was lightly hit by a shopping cart and that’s why the sensor stopped working that is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard in my life there wasn’t even a dent in the bumperIt would have to be a substantial impact to damage a sensor that’s underneath the bumper long story short it’s over $1000 to repair the item after we spent over $50,000 at the dealership and bought for Subarus from them previously I will never go back there the worst service department I’ve ever dealt with and they don’t care about their customers we tried every avenue to resolve this and they were not willing to work with us do not buy your car from here More
