Jadaice led the process and is extremely knowledgeable about all of the vehicles they have available. Jay took the time to get to know me and made an effort to understand what I was looking for and what I was hoping to steer away from before making recommendations. Jay gave lots of helpful information during the test drives (and now I just repeat everything he said when people ask me questions so they think I actually know what I’m talking about). There was never any pressure from Jay; just honest advice and great customer service. Jay stayed in constant communication throughout the entire process. The Service Department also did a fantastic job handling the registration and sticker. Everyone at Mastria was very friendly and personable and seemed to truly enjoy being at work. I recommend Mastria Subaru for anyone looking for a low pressure, professional, courteous car-buying experience that puts the customer first. More
