My experience at Mastria Subaru was fortuitous from the start. The vehicle I was interested in (2015 Subaru Crosstrek), was very new to the lot, and I believe I may have been the first one to arrange for a start. Upon arrival on the scheduled day, I was quickly greeted by sales associate Bruce Grabert, who made my experience seamless. He thoroughly guided my through the process, and made my choice to purchase the car a no-brainer. Even through a few bumps in the road that were beyond the dealership's control, Bruce kept me realistically updated, even answering questions/concerns on his day off. The wait only made the eventual pick of my new vehicle sweeter and I couldn't be happier. More

Found the exact car I wanted online & contacted Mastria by telephone. Skylah was great! She offered to keep me posted on the status of the car because I wouldn't be able to drive the 90min down from Nashua by telephone. Skylah was great! When I arrived at the dealership on Friday afternoon, there really wasn't anyone in the showroom & I thought "Oh here we go, the sales experience isn't gonna be great". Boy was I wrong! Alex swoops in, apologizes for the wait, and we're off! Since I knew what I wanted (upgrading my 213k mi. '15 Crosstrek), he tossed me the keys & let me take it for a ride. Nothing but good vibes with him... he asked how much I knew about the car & offered valuable info about the 2023 model. I already arranged for financing independently and he didn't needle me to use theirs. (I really appreciated that!) When I got back to NH & I realized I could utilize Starlink, he responded promptly to me with a request to change the status of the car from Dealer to Certified Pre-Owned so I could take advantage of the discounted first year rate (would love it if Subaru could just put the remote start on the key fob instead of having to use an app on my phone! Grr. Sorry for the digression!). I also had a delicious hot coffee bev from the waiting area while I was waiting for paperwork. Since I live in NH, the car had to be delivered to me. This deal went down on 12/23 & Alex arranged for me to get the car 12/26! The two gentlemen that did the delivery were fabulous- couple of retired guys doing their side hustle. So friendly, patient, & adept at attaching license plates! Great li'l bonus experience there ;) Thanks to Mastria, Skylah, the "runners", and especially Alex for making car buying a lot less painless. You guys are awesome~ More

Buying a car from a dealership never seems easy. Or straightforward. Or without the gnawing feeling you’re being somehow “played” by the dealer who is all the time trying to convince you he’s your n Or straightforward. Or without the gnawing feeling you’re being somehow “played” by the dealer who is all the time trying to convince you he’s your new best friend. But for us, this time, it was. We’d purchased a 2016 Subaru Forester from Bruce at Mastria Subaru in Raynham a couple years ago, after an identical Forester had been ‘totaled’ in a frightening accident. We loved that Forester and believe to this day that in a less safe car we would be dead today. Bruce worked tirelessly not just to help us find another car of the same mileage, condition and year (even the same color); he then went to bat for us to argue tirelessly with our insurance provider that they needed to cover the full price of the new vehicle. We call that car the Lazarus. And so when we found ourselves needing a new second car it was without hesitation that we headed the hour and a half away to Mastria Subaru to find Bruce. We thought we wanted another Forester – it’s comfortable, it feels airy, the sightlines are very good and we knew it to be safe. There was a nice late-model car on the lot and we put a down-payment on it. Somehow the title didn’t clear. Our disappointment was pretty clear – but so was Bruce’s commitment to help us find a good car at a fair price. And so now we’re driving not just the Lazarus, but the Lazarus 2 – a nearly new Forester, newer by two years than the one we had agreed to buy, with fewer miles, more “bells and whistles,” wonderful new safety features we hadn’t known we’d love, at a price within a few hundred dollars of the car they were unable to deliver. We tell everyone we know: Go to Mastria, and be sure to ask for Bruce. More
This was an amazingly wonderful experience in buying a car! Everyone on the staff was gracious, very knowledgeable, and helpful even with pertinent information for unasked questions. Alex and Kyle were my agents and I can’t say enough about how excellent they were. They were especially patient with my questions and indecisions and I never felt pressured in any way. That alone was a new experience! In just two days I purchased exactly the car I wanted. I was given a very generous offer for the price of a brand new Crosscheck Limited. I highly recommend this outstanding dealership. More
