If I had one criticism it would be the whole runaround with payments numbers that all dealerships put you through. I just want to see what my interest rate is and make my decision. This is the same at all dealerships so this is not aimed at Mastria Kia, its just a general observation. The price of the car was good. The value for my trade was good, the options for extended warranty etc were explained with no pressure tactics. Overall I am very happy. More

I had a complication for financing the car and eventually I had to use my personal finance since I am in US with F- I had an amazing experience there.
