Awful Experience. WILL UPDATE REVIEW Excellent sales process, from the moment I walk through the door, to test driving the vehicle, to going over the salesy stuff. Then, sharp decline dow Excellent sales process, from the moment I walk through the door, to test driving the vehicle, to going over the salesy stuff. Then, sharp decline downhill. Accounting was already gone for the day (no big deal), so I needed to come in at a later date to sign paperwork. I got little/no communication from my sales person (who since no longer works there less than 30 days after my test drive), even after a few phone calls and texts from me. I get in, I sign a few documents, make my final payment, and drive off the lot. I went about doing a thorough check of the vehicle, based on my requirements and requests upon purchasing and test driving. Cabin Air Fiter - FILLED with pine needles, pollen, and other debris. Clearly not changed in the 25k miles since rolling off the lot Fluids - Maybe they were all fine, Oil was changed, but there was no windshield wiper fluid, and the coolant needed to be topped off. Scratches/Nicks Exterior - I asked for them all to be buffed/sandblasted/removed. They weren't. The day I picked up the vehicle, I brought the GM out to look, and he said he'd bring it back in and take care of as much as they could, he was very apologetic. Dealer Stickers/Plates - I asked for no decals, no plate holders...nothing. It was even written into my agreement. Behold....STICKERS. Passenger Side Mirror shell was cracked. After some rigamarole and massaging, they said, 'Of Course they'd replace it!' All in all, I was happy within 5 days of buying the vehicle. Here's where things really go bad. None of the above services have been fixed yet. I'm getting little communication from the dealership, they call me back in TWICE to do more paperwork, and still I'm driving a car with no registration, no inspection sticker, a broken mirror housing, and a slew of other small issues. I was told, 'Mirror is ordered, we're going to paint it.' A week later, 'Sorry, we ordered the wrong mirror.' A week later, 'Mirror's here, we're painting it tomorrow, you can come in in 2 days.' 4 Days later, 'Ya, sorry man, no mirror was ever ordered.' Now, I'm pissed. 22 Days since purchase, no registration, no sticker, no repairs, no 2nd detailing...nothing. All i'm getting it passed around to people, bounced back and forth, lies on the phone. Big issues. Fortunately, the actual only BIG ISSUE, is the lack of communication, responsibility, and diligence. I mean, it's a great car, great price, and it's not like it's NOT drive-able, I just want everything right... Finally, 24 days later, it sounds like everything is done. Dealership sounds like they made good, everything should be done, and I'm picking my car up in 2 hours. If it's not perfect and complete, I'll be back on DealerRater. All in all, staff was nice (but maybe not on top of things), service manager was excellent to speak with, Thomas in sales was always funny and nice (he wasn't my sales person, just an innocent bystander), and I'm happy with the vehicle. We'll see how it all shakes out! More

From the first person I encountered as I walked around the lot looking at used cars to the closing with Mari I had a great experience at Mastria Kia! Matthew showed me a care that I really liked but was a bit out of my price range. I looked at a few more and ended up back at Mastria Kia because I felt they were being honest with me about the car and what they could offer me for pricing. Other dealers were not so patient or friendly!! I made several calls to Matthew and the manager Bernard and was always greeted warmly on the phone and all my questions answered. More
