My main issue centers on a lack of accountability and responsibility regarding a pricing discrepancy in excess of $4500. Receiving a reasonable and honest explanation was difficult and unnecessarily tim responsibility regarding a pricing discrepancy in excess of $4500. Receiving a reasonable and honest explanation was difficult and unnecessarily time consuming leaving me with little confidence in the process going forward. Combine that with issues ranging from cryptic explanations as to why vehicles are labeled as certified online even though they aren't, to documents not being collected, delayed paperwork, and personally having to coordinate and troubleshoot most of the exchange of documents, (not at all justifying the high “documentation fee" being charged) the positives I did experience weren't enough to overcome the significant shortcomings, leaving a lasting impression that warrants such a review. More
