Sherman Peterson sold me 1900 worth of optional products that were not explained to me, or even offered. I didn't need gap insurance because of a large down payment and would never knowingly buy the paint p that were not explained to me, or even offered. I didn't need gap insurance because of a large down payment and would never knowingly buy the paint protection plan. Sherma assured me multiple times throughout the process that i was only financing 25,000. Open my first bill to find out i financed over 27,000. It took multiple phone calls to even find out why i was charged extra. Haran, Brian, and the rest of the sales team was no help. You should stay far away from Mastria Kia or any other Mastria dealership. One star because I'm happy with the 2023 Kia sportage. More
